Trial, cancellation and refunds.

Try first

You can use InvAmp with every feature for 15 days free before you buy. No card is asked for, and the trial does not turn into a paid licence on its own.

No refund once the licence is active

The licence is delivered electronically the moment the payment is confirmed. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for such products, and you are asked to confirm this when you buy. An active licence is therefore not refunded.

Cancelling before activation

If your payment was taken but the licence is not yet active, write to info@invamp.net to cancel. The full amount is refunded to the card used within 14 days; when it appears on your account depends on your bank.

Cancelling the subscription

You can cancel the monthly or yearly subscription at any time by writing to info@invamp.net. It takes effect at the end of the current period (month or year): the licence keeps working for the time paid for, and the next period is not charged.

Wrong or double charges

If one licence was charged more than once, or the amount is wrong, write to info@invamp.net; the excess is refunded to the card used.
