Privacy notice (KVKK)

Data controller

Data processed

• Identity and contact: name, company, e-mail, phone (request form, setup, purchase).
• Invoice details: legal name, address, tax office and number.
• Licence: two one-way codes derived from the computer (the Machine Code) and the InvAmp version; the original hardware values never leave the computer.
• Payment transaction: amount, date and reference number. Card details are processed by iyzico and are neither passed to nor stored by us.

Purposes and legal grounds

Data is processed to make and perform the licence contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), for legal obligations such as invoicing and accounting (Art. 5/2-ç), and for the legitimate interest of answering you (Art. 5/2-f). It is not used for marketing.

Transfers

Data is shared only with these parties and only for these purposes: iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. for payments; Google Firebase for hosting and the licence server (European Union, Belgium — a transfer abroad under KVKK Art. 9); the accountant and e-invoice provider for invoicing; public authorities where the law requires.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as you are a customer and for the period tax law requires (10 years), then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, ask for information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, learn who it was transferred to, and object to harm. Write to info@invamp.net; you will be answered within 30 days. Deleting the licence record ends the licence on that computer.
