Distance sales contract

Accepted electronically when you buy.

1. Parties

SELLER: Talha TUFAN (TT Engineering) — info@invamp.net.

BUYER: The person or organisation that gives its name, company and invoice details and e-mail address when buying.

2. Subject

The rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and delivery of the InvAmp software licence the BUYER buys electronically on https://invamp.net. The contract is governed by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product, price and payment

Product: a monthly or yearly licence, as the BUYER chooses, to use the InvAmp add-in for Autodesk Inventor on one computer. Price: 150 EUR per year or 15 EUR per month, per computer (VAT included). Payment is taken by card through iyzico; the amount on the payment page applies. The invoice is issued to the invoice details you give and sent to your e-mail address.

4. Delivery

The licence is delivered electronically by assigning it to the BUYER's Machine Code once the payment is confirmed, and is active within 24 hours at the latest. Delivery is complete when the licence is active.

5. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

The licence runs for the month or year the BUYER chose and, unless the BUYER cancels, renews for the same period on the same payment method. The BUYER may cancel at any time by writing to info@invamp.net; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and the licence keeps working until then. If a renewal cannot be charged, the licence ends at the end of its current term.

6. Right of withdrawal

The product is an intangible good delivered at once electronically, so under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation the BUYER has no right of withdrawal, which the BUYER confirms when buying. Orders cancelled before the licence is active are refunded to the card used within 14 days.

7. Terms of use

• The licence may be used on one computer; on a change of computer it is moved by applying to the seller.
• The software may not be copied, rented, reverse engineered, or changed to get around the licence.
• On a breach of these terms the SELLER may end the licence without refund.

8. Liability

The SELLER is responsible for the software doing what it is described to do and works to fix reported faults in reasonable time. Checking the drawings and files the software produces is the BUYER's responsibility. As far as the law allows, the SELLER's liability is limited to the licence fee paid for the term concerned.

10. Disputes

For consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above them, have jurisdiction. Where the BUYER is a merchant, the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction.

11. Entry into force

The BUYER confirms electronically when buying that they have read and accept the pre-information form and this contract; the contract enters into force with that confirmation. A copy is sent to the BUYER's e-mail address.
